Sales & Business Development Representative (Part-Time)

AIRIS Dynamics is growing its presence in Bangladesh and is looking for a motivated, professional, and people-oriented female Sales Representative to promote and sell our AI Vision and Robotics products across the Dhaka market. This is a part-time, field-based role requiring a minimum of 25 to 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and passionate about technology — with a genuine ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and communicate the value of our products clearly.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers — businesses, institutions, and organizations across Dhaka
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and introduce AIRIS Dynamics’ solutions
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of AI Vision and Robotics products (AIRIS Extend Vision, AIRIS SmartVision, AIRIS Optio ™, and NOVA-X ™) in a clear, compelling, and non-technical way
  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, follow-up meetings, and product demonstration sessions
  • Arrange and conduct live product demonstrations for potential customers and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive repeat engagement
  • Provide timely and regular updates to the Canada-based leadership team on sales activity, leads, and market feedback
  • Represent AIRIS Dynamics professionally in all customer-facing interactions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in Bangali and English
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with individuals, groups, and business stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing a flexible, field-based schedule independently
  • Reliable and organized — able to track leads, follow up consistently, and report progress
  • Minimum availability of 25 to 30 hours per week
  • Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a client-facing role is preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales, technology product sales, or solution-based selling
  • Familiarity with AI, robotics, surveillance, or smart technology products
  • Existing professional network within business, corporate, hospitality, or institutional sectors, government forces such as Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, CID SB
  • Experience arranging or delivering product demonstrations or client presentations
