Business Development Manager
AIRIS Dynamics is expanding into the Bangladesh market and is seeking an experienced, results-driven business development professional to lead local growth. This role will focus on engaging government, defense, law-enforcement, and enterprise customers, demonstrating AI-powered security solutions, and driving adoption of our video analytics platform. This is a strategic role with direct impact on national-level, institutional, and enterprise security initiatives
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop business opportunities with Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, Special Branch (SB), CID, and other government agencies
- Engage banks, enterprises, factories, and large institutions to promote AI-powered video analytics solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers, security heads, and procurement officials
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept deployment
- Understand customer security challenges and propose tailored AI-driven solutions
- Lead pilot programs and convert them into long-term commercial contracts
- Support government tenders, RFPs, and institutional procurement processes
- Establish partnerships with local system integrators, camera vendors, and security providers
- Act as the local representative of AIRIS Dynamics in Bangladesh
- Coordinate closely with the Canada-based leadership and technical teams
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or security solution consulting
- Proven experience working with government, defense, or law-enforcement organizations
- Strong background in security systems, CCTV, surveillance, access control, IT, or SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior officials and institutional stakeholders
- Experience delivering solution-based sales and live product demonstrations
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement, tenders, and compliance processes
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Nice to Have
- Prior engagement with Army, Police, SB, CID, intelligence agencies, real estate or manufacturing companies
- Ex-military or law-enforcement background with commercial experience
- Experience selling AI, cloud-based, or analytics-driven platforms
- Existing network within government or security agencies in Bangladesh
