Senior Machine Learning Engineer
We're seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML systems. You'll work on challenging problems across computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization for edge and cloud deployment
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML capabilities into applications
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on model improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Deep understanding of ML fundamentals including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model monitoring)
- Proven track record of shipping ML products that deliver measurable business impact
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with edge AI and model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation)
- Background in computer vision or natural language processing
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or publications
- Experience with real-time inference systems and low-latency requirements
